  1. Thanks for the great recipe. This quesadilla looks amazing and definitely would like to try to make it!

I have never tried cooking my quesadilla in a pan although definitely want to try. By chance, do you ever cook your quesadillas in the oven? We usually cook our on a hot stone in the oven and this also works pretty good too.

Also not sure if you ever tried La Tortilla Factory Low Carb/High Fiber Tortillas. They are only 80cals per tortilla and taste great!

They are a great size for quesadillas although we use the wraps for all of my meals too – breakfast (egg burritos), lunch (all types of wraps such as turkey, veggie..etc) and dinner (pizzas, quesadillas...etc) although they can be also used for snacks (you just have to get creative).

If you are interested, we list one of my favorite recipes (Italian Veggie Pizza) on our site. It's only 195 calories (using La Tortilla Low Carb Wrap along with Lifetime cheese and tons of our favorite veggies although you can definitely add/change to your favorites too) and can be used as a meal or an appetizer to share with friends.

Hope you like the recipe! Thanks for great post and forward to reading more!

Thanks again for sharing and look forward to trying.
